About T. Hills
Mr. Hills is a long-time expert in tournament science. He received his BS, MS, and PhD in tournament science—all from the University of Flordia. (Go Gators!) His PhD disseration, Edge-Case Detection Among Widely Distributed Anomalous First Choice Bidding Groups, won the Hagenstein award from the International Tournament Science Association (ITSA).
